New Blog: Teddy's Truth

It was only a matter of time. I didn't want to believe that all Republicans in Augusta County and Staunton were as shrill and . . . (the list of adjectives I could use here is endless) as Ann and Lynn and Alex and Chris and Kurt, the so-called grassroots leaders of the party committees in those jurisdictions, but there was only poor Andrew Clem, a rational and calm (if misguided) voice in the darkness, to suggest otherwise. And we saw what they've tried to do to him.

Now there is Teddy's Truth, a new blog by one Teddy Roosevelt, who is courageously speaking out against the extremist cabal. (Softly, I suppose, with a big blog.) He, whoever he is, like Clem, is supporting Hanger, so there still isn't going to be a whole lot we agree on politically. And he's going to get dragged through the mud in short order by the SWACtionaries, so it isn't clear how long he'll be able to keep it up. But even if we disagree on substance, it looks like we can keep the discussion rational. Welcome, Teddy.
