Staunton's Anti-war Vigil

The Staunton News Leader has [brief] coverage of the Candlelight Vigil organized for last night by the Augusta Coalition for Peace and Justice. Those who were there were pleased with the turnout. They made a powerful point: even in this extremely conservative area, a growing number of people will be willing to oppose the illegal war.

I'm sure the local reactionaries will be complaining that the News Leader gave more favorable coverage to the anti-war demonstration than to the pro-war demonstration on Saturday, because that is their way.
